If a product is damaged during shipping or if you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of both parties. As a small company, we strive to do our best to address each situation. Not Satisfied?
If you receive your order and are not satisfied with it, you have the option to return the merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days, along with the receipt. Upon receiving your package, we will refund the cost of the returned items. However, please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.
Order Refused
In the event that you refuse to accept the order, or if the carrier is unable to deliver it, we will issue a full refund, deducting only the shipping charges.
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is discovered to be incomplete or incorrect, you will be responsible for any additional charges imposed by the shipping company for address correction.
Returned to Sender / Undeliverable
If we send a shipment and it is returned to us as undeliverable to the provided address, we will refund the amount you paid for the products, excluding the shipping cost. We also offer the option to reship the same order to an alternative address for an additional shipping fee.
Shelf Life
We guarantee a minimum of 6 months of remaining shelf life on all products we sell, unless otherwise specified on a product’s page. If you require a longer shelf life, please reach out to us before placing your order.
