Free Shipping

We regret to inform you that we do not offer free shipping. However, we provide our customers with two discounted shipping options, which you can select during the checkout process.

Order Processing and Handling Time

Pure Indian Foods strives to efficiently process, ship, and deliver orders on business days, which include Monday through Thursday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing, depending on product availability and order volume. For example, orders placed after 12 PM on Thursday may not be shipped until the following Wednesday.

To calculate handling time, please refer to the following schedule (all times are in Indian Standard Time):

  • Orders placed by 11:59 AM: The first business day will be the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM: The first business day will be in 2 business days.
  • Orders placed between 6:00 PM on Friday and 7:00 AM on Monday: The first business day will be Tuesday.

Shipping Duration

  • Maharashtra: On average, it takes 5-7 business days for delivery, although delays may occur during the holiday season.
  • Outside of Maharashtra: On average, it takes 6-10 business days for delivery, and sometimes longer, especially when passing through customs.

We generate a tracking number when your order label is printed and it’s being prepared for shipping, but this doesn’t necessarily mean it has been shipped. You can use the provided link to track your package’s progress in the future.

Undelivered Packages

In the event that your package doesn’t arrive, please note that we send email notifications with tracking information upon shipment and delivery. We won’t be aware of undelivered packages unless you contact us. You have 14 days to inform us if you haven’t received your package. Afterward, we will contact the shipping carrier to investigate the situation.

Delayed Packages

We recommend allowing 10 business days from your order date for your package to be delivered. While we understand the frustration of delayed packages, circumstances beyond our control may lead to delays, particularly during the holiday season. Please keep in mind that we are not the USPS or UPS; we hand off your package to your chosen carrier, and once it leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery time. For faster assistance in locating your package, check your tracking number and contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.

Returns and Replacements

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged during transit, we will reship it at no additional cost using the same shipping method.

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to damage, we will reship it to you at no extra cost. However, if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or other delivery issues, you have two options:

  1. Accept a refund, with the original shipping cost deducted.
  2. Pay for shipping once again to have the package reshipped to the corrected address.

Flat Rate Shipping

Our Flat Rate Shipping is based on box size rather than weight and typically takes 3-5 days for delivery, though longer durations are possible due to potential delays. This shipping option is suitable for deliveries to mailboxes, mail slots, PO Boxes™, APO, and FPO addresses. If it’s determined during order preparation that the products you’ve purchased won’t safely fit in the selected Flat Rate Box, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.
